Samaros

Samaros was a city thought to be older than time itself. A city so immortal, even its title of "The Immortal City" has itself achieved immortality.

Ruled by the enigmatic House Samarr, the city has prospered for eons.

History

In ancient times, five human families were the first worshippers of The Red Chalice, and through her would ascend to become the first Vampires.

These five vampire clans, united in their devotion to Grail, lorded over a small fishing village that they would grow into the decrepit slum sprawl of Vyrewallow. They fed on the population, extorting blood tithes from all and creating the Vyre Watch to keep their population trapped.
